Scale any recipe to your bottle size and batch count. Grams are the accurate unit.
The Science in Your Bottle
Why these formulas use the ingredients and amounts they do — sodium, potassium, magnesium, the maltodextrin/fructose carb blend, and tart cherry for recovery. Open the guide (PDF).

Per-liter values in the recipe are canonical; everything here is derived from them. Major ingredients round to 0.1 g; salts/electrolytes/flavors to 0.01 g.
If you mix all the powders together as one dry batch, this is how many level tablespoons of that blend to add per bottle. Weighing is still the most accurate; a scoop varies with how the blend settles.
Volume estimates depend on powder density. For accuracy, weigh one level tablespoon of each ingredient and enter that value. Ingredients with a measured value show tbsp/tsp estimates in the table above; the rest stay grams-only. Measured defaults are built in and appear on every device; if you re-enter a value it overrides the default on this device only.
